Bernadette is herself a graduate of Notre Dame High School. After high school she then received her Bachelors degree in Education from SUNY Brockport followed by a Masters Degree from Elmira College. After graduation she taught kindergarten and second grade at Holy Family School for several years. Following that she then served as the Administrator at Holy Family as well. After more than a decade at Holy Family she left to work in her family business for five years before taking a position as a Theology teacher here at Notre Dame. She has been teaching the following courses for six years- Religions of the World, Death & Dying, and Mercy & Justice. She enjoys her job and teaching various grade levels. She is also the moderator for National Honor Society.

 

Bernadette is married to her husband Todd and has a 23 year old son, Jacob who is also a Notre Dame graduate. Jacob now resides in Erie, PA after receiving his Masters degree there.Her favorite pastimes are spending time with family and traveling.

 

 

She is available during school days periods 2 and 3 in first semester as well as most days after school. Students are encouraged to stop by room 209 to see her for extra help with any classwork or problems. She is always willing to help her students find success.
