​Sister Mary Walter came to Elmira in 1972 and has served this school as Assistant Principal, Principal and President.   Prior to her arrival she taught History and math at Our Lady of Mercy High School in Rochester. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Siena Heights College in Adrian Michigan and her MA from the Catholic University in Washington DC.
